Investment Management
Discretionary and advisory mandates run to each family's own investment policy, through independent managers and custodians, with plain consolidated reporting.

Waverley Private Asset Partners advises a small number of families and their foundations. We manage investments, keep structures sound and help each family govern its wealth across generations, from one office in London.
Who we are
Waverley began in 2009 as the office of one family. Other families asked to join, and since 2014 we have opened the office to a few of them at a time. The disciplines have not changed; they are now applied to more than one balance sheet.
We are owned by our partners and paid only by the families we serve. Each family works with a lead partner who knows its affairs in full, backed by the whole office: investment, structuring, compliance and administration under one roof.

Most of our families use several of these together. The value is in the joins: one office holds the whole picture, so advice in one area is given with knowledge of all the others.

Learn moreThe operating hub for a family's affairs: consolidated reporting across the whole balance sheet, cash and treasury, coordination of advisers, and the administration that keeps everything current.
Learn moreTrusts, holding entities and estate plans designed with external counsel and kept coherent with each family's intentions, in the UK and across borders.
Learn moreFamily constitutions, councils and decision rights. Succession planned years before it is needed, and the next generation prepared to own responsibly.
Learn moreGiving run with the same rigour as investment: a clear purpose, the right vehicle, sound grant governance and honest measurement of what the money achieves.
Learn moreAccess to private markets funds and direct co-investments, reviewed by the office and taken up family by family. Participation is always a choice, never a default.

How we work
They are unremarkable on paper. Held consistently over decades, they are the whole of the job.
