Everything a family office does, for more than one family.

Our work divides into two kinds: protecting a family's wealth, and managing its assets. The services below can be taken separately, and most families use several together. What holds them together is the office itself, one team that sees the whole picture.

Protecting wealth

The structures, decisions and habits that keep wealth intact.

Most of what erodes family wealth is not markets. It is unmaintained structures, unplanned successions, disputes and drift. This side of the office exists to prevent all four.

01

Family Office Services

04

Philanthropy

Purpose defined, vehicle chosen, grants governed and outcomes measured. Giving run with the same rigour as investment, and often the first place the next generation takes real responsibility.

Managing assets

Capital run to each family's own policy, not to a house view.

Every family we advise has its own investment policy, agreed in writing and reviewed annually. The office implements it through independent managers and custodians, and reports on all of it in one place.

05

Investment Management

Discretionary and advisory mandates across public and private markets. Asset allocation, manager selection and risk oversight, with custody held independently in each family's own name and reporting written in plain language.

06

Private Capital & Co-investment

Access to private markets funds and direct co-investments alongside other client families. Each opportunity is reviewed by the office and offered family by family. Participation is always a choice.

How we engage

Scope agreed in writing, fees with no hidden lines.

A relationship starts with a defined scope and a named team, and both are reviewed with the family every year. The terms are deliberately simple.

  • 01Each family has a lead partner, accountable for the whole relationship.
  • 02Fees are flat or based on assets under advice, agreed in advance and reviewed annually.
  • 03We take no commissions or retrocessions. Any that arise are credited back to the family.
  • 04Client assets are held with independent custodians, in each family's own name.
